William "Dubs" Byers is endorsed by South Side Missionary
Baptist Church, Star City, Arkansas, in a teaching ministry that
provides training to churches to help equip members for service to
Christ. He also works with Reach America in a coaching ministry for
pastors and missionaries. Dubs has a BSE and MEd from the University of
Arkansas at Fayetteville and an EdD from the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock. He has pastored for twenty years and has thirty years of
experience in public education and Christian ministry. He now serves as
superintendent of schools for the Arkansas Correctional School with 21
schools state-wide providing educational services to approximately 3,000
inmates each day. He and his wife, Jane, reside in Gould, Arkansas, and
have three sons: Jared, Joseph, and Jonathan. |
